Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can our job be started?
Once a bid proposal has been accepted with us, your home can be started within a couple of weeks, depending on the time of year. Our log varies, however, in most instances we are able to accommodate most time frames. Work is performed Monday through Friday (Unless other arrangements are made).

What should I do as a Homeowner prior to painting?
We will need sufficient access to all areas being painted. This includes trimming your landscaping and relocating personal items such as potted plants, patio furniture, tools etc. If you need help moving heavy items, we will be happy to lend a hand. You should also make arrangements to have any pets looked after or have them stay with family or friends until the job is complete (for their safety and convenience).

How ling will it take to paint my home?
Once Miracle House and Apartment Painting Inc. begins work on your home, a crew will be there for consecutive days until our job is completed. Crew size will determine how long each project takes. However, most homes can be completed in a few days, some smaller homes can be finished in one day.

Does someone have to be home during the painting?
Not necessarily. We will need all doors opened in order to paint them and left open for 2 to 4 hours to dry properly. If you can not be at home during this process we will make special arrangements to accommodate you.
What can I expect at the completion of the paint job?
When we are finishing the job, we will ask that you take a walk around your home with our Foreman for final approval.

We will be mailing you an invoice and a certificate of completion and a short survey asking you a few questions for our records, to insure that our Legendary Reputation for Quality workmanship at competitive pricing lives on.

How long should I expect my new paint job to last?
On exteriors We have found that the average paint job lasts around 7 to 10 years, depending on the extent of preparation. We at Miracle House and Apartment Painting Inc., will issue a 7 year unconditional guarantee. If you should experience any problems remember we are as close as your telephone and we have a full service warranty department that is proud to stand behind all work done by us.

How is payment handled?
We at Miracle never ask for money down. We do require payment in full at the time of completion. Arrangements should be made to make payment with our foreman or field supervisor. Personal checks are fine, we also accept cash, Mastercard, and Visa. Thank you for taking the time to help us serve you more efficiently. Respectfully, Miracle Painting Team
